Radiant Aura is a mindfulness and wellness app for mood check-ins, reflective journaling, calming audio rituals, breathing sessions, and optional premium content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in with Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In where available.
• Wellness content: mood check-ins, journal reflections, preferences, streaks, badges, and app settings you choose to save.
• Audio and storage data: app audio content is delivered from Firebase Storage. If you use voice or recording features, recordings may be stored under your user account when you choose to save them.
• Purchase information: subscription status, product identifiers, transaction state, and entitlement information processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Device and technical information: app version, platform, crash/debug information, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and improve the app.
• Optional health data: mindful minutes or similar wellness activity may be written to supported health services only when you enable health sync.
• Notifications: notification preferences and scheduling data when you enable reminders.

How We Use Information

• Provide account access, sync app content, and protect user-specific data.
• Display and play audio rituals, premium content, recommendations, and progress.
• Process subscriptions, verify premium access, restore purchases, and support Play Store review.
• Maintain safety, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and app reliability.
• Respond to support requests and improve the product experience.

Services We Use

Radiant Aura uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Firebase App Check where configured. The app also uses RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements and Google Play Billing for Android subscriptions. These services process data according to their own terms and privacy documentation.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the app, process purchases, store content, authenticate users, comply with law, or protect the app and its users.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and wellness data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You may delete journal entries inside the app where available. To request account or data deletion, contact us using the email below or visit Delete Account. Some purchase records may be retained by Google Play or RevenueCat for tax, fraud prevention, compliance, and restore purchase functionality.

Your Choices

• You can choose what reflections, moods, recordings, and preferences to enter.
• You can disable notifications in app settings or your device settings.
• You can enable or disable optional health sync where supported.
• You can restore or cancel subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings.

Children

Radiant Aura is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security

We use Firebase security rules, authenticated access controls, and platform security features to protect user data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

International Use

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using Radiant Aura, you understand that data may be processed outside your country of residence.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
