You can request deletion of your Radiant Aura account and associated app data at any time. This page explains how to submit the request and what data is deleted or retained.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email alihussainshafai@gmail.com from the email address used for your Radiant Aura account.
- Use the subject line: Radiant Aura Account Deletion Request.
- Include the account email address and confirm that you want your account and associated app data deleted.
What We Delete
- Firebase Authentication account information associated with your Radiant Aura account.
- Cloud Firestore user profile, mood check-ins, journal/reflection entries, preferences, streaks, and saved app activity where associated with your user ID.
- Firebase Storage files saved under your user account, such as personal voice recordings if you used those features.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or billing purposes. Subscription and purchase records may also remain with Google Play and RevenueCat so purchases can be verified, refunded, audited, or restored according to their policies. We do not store your full payment card details.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is needed, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account email before deleting data.
Delete Some Data Without Deleting Your Account
You may also request deletion of specific data, such as journal/reflection entries or saved recordings, without deleting your entire account. Email the same address and describe the data you want removed.
